CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

ZBy checking the box “I agree to the processing of my personal data” as a data subject (“Data Subject”) pursuant to the provisions of Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended (“Act”) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“Regulation”), I hereby give my express and unconditional

consent

to RV Development 2 s.r.o., Krížna 47 811 07 Bratislava, registered in the Commercial Register of Bratislava I District Court, Section: Sro, File No. 109034/B (“Data Controller”)

to the processing of their personal data in the following scope: name, surname, phone number, and e-mail address. These data shall be processed by the Data Controller for the purpose of informing the Data Subject as a potential buyer of the “Prístavná 1” project.

The consent to the processing of personal data is granted exclusively for the limited time necessary to achieve the purpose for which the Data Controller obtained the consent, which shall not be longer than 3 months from the date when the consent was obtained.

The Data Controller does not intend to transfer the data to a third country or an international organisation.

As the Data Subject, I declare that I am aware of my rights pursuant to the provision of Section 19 and foll. of the Act and the Regulation, and that I am entitled to withdraw at any time my consent to the processing of my personal data by way of a written notice delivered to the address of the Data Controller listed in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic.

The Data Subject has the right to demand from the Data Controller access to the personal data of the Data Subject, the right to obtain correction of personal data, the right to have personal data deleted, the right to demand restriction of the processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of personal data, and the right to data portability and the right to file a motion with the Data Protection Office.

DATA SUBJECT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In connection with the processing of their personal data, the Data Subject has the right, on the basis of a written request delivered to the address of the Data Controller listed in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic, to request from the Operator
    1. confirmation as to whether or not personal data about them are being processed,
    2. in a generally comprehensible form, information about the processing of personal data in the information system to the extent pursuant to the applicable legal regulations, specific information about the source from which the Data Controller obtained their personal data for the purpose of processing, the form of their personal data which are the subject of processing,
    3. the rectification or completion of their incorrect, incomplete, or outdated personal data that is processed,
    4. the deletion of their personal data (i) which is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was obtained or otherwise processed, or (ii) where the Data Subject has withdrawn consent to the processing of the personal data unless there is no other legal basis for the processing, or (iii) the Data Subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1)(b) of the Regulation and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing or the Data Subject objects to the processing pursuant to Article 21(2) of the Regulation, or (iv) the personal data have been unlawfully processed, or (v) in order to comply with a legal obligation under EU law or the law of the member state applicable to the Data Controller is subject, or (vi) the personal data have been collected in connection with an information society service offer pursuant to Article 8 (1) Regulation,
    5. Restriction of the processing of personal data where (i) the Data Subject contests the accuracy of the personal data during a period allowing the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data, (ii) the processing is unlawful and the Data Subject objects to the deletion of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of the use thereof, (iii) the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing but the Data Subject needs them to prove, exercise or defend their claims, (iv) the Data Subject has objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21 (1) Regulation, pending verification whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the Data Controller outweigh the legitimate grounds of the Data Subject,
    6. the personal data relating to them which they provided to the Data Controller in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format,
    7. the transfer of their personal data to another data controller, without the Data Controller hindering such transfer, where (i) the processing is based on consent or contract, as well as (ii) where the processing is carried out by automated means,
    8. information as to whether the provision of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement or a requirement necessary for entering into a contract, whether the Data Subject is obliged to provide the personal data, including the possible consequences of not providing such data.
  2. In connection with the processing of their personal data, the Data Subject has the right, upon written request delivered to the address of the Data Controller listed in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic, to
    1. to object to the processing on the basis of their consent,
    2. to object to profiling based on their consent to the processing of their personal data,
    3. to object to the processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing,
    4. to request to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, if the personal data is processed on the basis of the Data Subject's consent.
  3. The Data Subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic if they suspect that their personal data is being processed unlawfully.
